Role: Sales Officer
Location: Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Bilaspur & Mumbai.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably BBA/MBA
Experience
At least 4-5 years experience in channel sales, FMCG, Snack Category or any other FMCG products
Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
Consultative selling skills to understand retailer needs
Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with retailers and distributors.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
In-depth product and industry knowledge
Role & Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Prospect for new outlet addition across assigned territories or areas
Build and Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders
Recruitment of sales executive of assigned team
Product Training based on Train the Trainer model
Daily Activity Management of team and distributor working
Route Alignment and route planning of sales executive
On The Job Training
Field Data reporting to the Sales manager
Fieldwork and Field Visits as per the journey plan
Sales target planning at the executive level
Productivity review with Team
